Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to contact our customer support for any modifications or cancellations. After this period, your order proceeds to production and cannot be altered.
Note: Refund processing times can vary among credit card companies. It might take one or two billing cycles for the refund to reflect in your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
At BlueParisFlowers.com, we strive for perfection, but on rare occasions, mistakes can occur. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, don't fret. We guarantee 100% satisfaction by offering either a free replacement or a full refund.
Simply provide us with your order number and a clear photo of the erroneous or damaged item. Reach out to us at email@example.com.
If your order hasn't reached you, please check the tracking number with UPS, USPS or Fedex that was given in the email. Please reach out to our team through the Contact Us page if there is a problem. We'll either send a free replacement or refund your purchase in full. However, please note that this policy doesn't cover errors made due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or missed deliveries.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Only unused items in their original packaging will be considered for returns. We won’t accept items that are used, damaged, or modified.
- Before making a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for approval. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Once your return request is approved, ship the item back within 5 days.
- Please avoid sending your returns to the address on the package. Our customer service will guide you to the correct return address.
Cost of Return Shipping
Customers will bear the initial shipping costs for returned items.
- For damaged/incorrect orders: We refund both the product price and the shipping fee.
- For all other scenarios: Only the product price is refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
After inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. It will then automatically be credited to your original payment method within another 7 business days.
